Account and associated data deletion for Radio Haryanvi Android and iOS users.
Delete from the app
In a supported Radio Haryanvi app, sign in, open Profile and select Delete account. Read the confirmation and confirm only when you want to remove the account. Deletion is an account action, not simply uninstalling the app.
Request deletion without the app
Email hello@weareharyanvi.com from the address associated with your Radio Haryanvi account, with the subject Radio Haryanvi account deletion. Ask to delete the account and identify any separate public submission you want reviewed. Do not include your password. We verify control of the account/address before action; naming another person's address cannot authorise deletion.
What deletion covers
The account deletion process removes the active account and associated records covered by that process. Public submissions can need separate moderation/removal review. Payment, fraud/security and legally required records may be retained where necessary; restricted backup copies expire through backup replacement. See Privacy Policy for retention and contact details.
Check subscriptions
If you purchased a subscription through Google Play or Apple's App Store, check and cancel it in your store account as required. Removing the app does not cancel a store subscription. Contact us about subscriptions purchased through a supported direct payment provider.
